By treating the cook top as an object in it’s own right – a piece for sculpture for your kitchen, the Aurora creates a focal point for your family life.
The sleek & pure white, illuminated Corian cooktop encases induction technology for cooking. Induction technology is the latest technology using electromagnetic fields to transfer energy to the cooking pot, which then converts, into heat. The heat is generated at the base of the pan, not by a heating element. In effect, this turns the pan itself into a hot plate and removes a significant amount of radiant heat from the cooktop surface.
The results are safe, precise and powerful cooking. The separate controls for the cooking zones make the powerful cooking easy to use, whilst the white ceramic glass cooking surface makes for simple cleaning.
Induction cooking is 85% more efficient than traditional ceramic electric and 68% more efficient than gas.
