Falmec is set to showcase its latest induction and integrated ventilation solutions at Sicam 2026, taking place in Pordenone from October 20–23.

The manufacturer will share its exhibition space with Friulana Accessori, the technical components specialist that joined the Falmec Group in 2022. The two companies will highlight their complementary expertise, with visitors able to see the latest additions to Falmec’s Cooking range.

The line-up will include the ART-induction collection, alongside three new induction cooktops with integrated ventilation: Icon, Eclipse and Brera Slim.

The new products build on Falmec’s Mimesis concept, first presented at the 2026 Salone del Mobile in Milan, which focuses on integrating ventilation more closely with the kitchen environment.

ART-induction

The ART-induction collection uses Falmec’s patented technology to combine induction cooking with decorative glass-ceramic surfaces. The cooktops are available in a range of graphic designs and textured finishes intended to coordinate with contemporary kitchen materials and colour schemes.

The collection uses Ultra-Matt glass-ceramic, with a satin, matt surface designed to provide resistance to scratches and everyday wear.

New integrated ventilation systems

Falmec will also present Icon, Eclipse and Brera Slim, three new induction cooktops incorporating integrated extraction.

Icon features a central ventilation grille available in copper, gold and anthracite finishes. Eclipse incorporates an automatically opening central flap, while Brera Slim uses an automatic rear flap to maintain a low-profile appearance when not in use.

All three models are available with the Ultra-Matt finish in champagne, grey and black.

The new additions extend Falmec’s focus on integrated cooking and extraction, combining induction technology and ventilation within a single surface to maximise available workspace and create a more streamlined kitchen installation.
