Falmec has launched a new compact version of its Brera Slim cooking system. Now available in 76 and 90 cm dimensions, it features a silent plug-and-play internal brushless motor that takes up less room than the previous model, resulting in a more compact structure.
The space-saving version has been designed with an ultra-minimalist aesthetic thanks to a rear extraction system that is activated by a motorised automatic flap. When the extraction is not in use, it closes to leave the hob area completely clear. The hob also features a slider display with white LEDs that allows function control; the complete unit blends seamlessly into the surface for visual continuity.
Brera Slim features a scratch-resistant Ultra-Matt glass-ceramic and is available in Champagne and Grey. The surface has been manufactured to deliver durability against daily wear and tear, which Famec says ensures it will maintain its integrity over time.
The Ultra-Matt glass-ceramic surface also reduces the visibility of fingerprints. It makes cleaning easier, whilst the colour palette extends the matching possibilities with the materials, shades and finishes of contemporary kitchens, ensuring it blends into the overall design.
The Brera Slim hob system has four cooking zones with automatic pan detection. The Double Bridge functions are designed to extend the cooking area, while Keep Warm keeps food at the ideal temperature. Clean & Dry activates after cooking to remove residual odours and dry the filters and Automode adjusts the extraction power according to need.
Brera Slim is fitted with a removable filter basket and liquid collector, which makes maintenance easier, whilst the regenerable Carbon. Zeo Microtech filters help to maintain high filtration performance over time.
