AGA Rangemaster reassures retailers following Waterline closure

Following the news that long-standing distributor Waterline has gone into administration, AGA Rangemaster has extended its sympathy to those affected and moved quickly to reassure retailers of continued product availability.

The company confirmed that the supply of Rangemaster range cookers, sinks, and taps continues as normal, with direct ordering routes, an express sink and tap delivery service, and alternative distribution arrangements in place to ensure continuity of service and supply for trade partners.

Dominic Worsley, group managing director at AGA Rangemaster, said: “The demise of Waterline is sad indeed, and we really do commiserate with the team at this challenging time. At AGA Rangemaster, we will support in any way we can. In the immediate aftermath, we have collaborated directly with Waterline to contact and supply any customers who had outstanding orders.

“For the longer term, we are directing customers to Häfele, who are able to supply a full range of Rangemaster range cookers, sinks and taps. Should any customers have any queries or need advice, please contact us directly at tradesales@agarangemaster.co.uk.”

Retailers can also place orders directly with AGA Rangemaster, with an express sink and tap delivery service available to minimise disruption. Please contact your Account Manager to discuss further. Retailers with existing accounts can continue to order as normal.
