Blanco launches brand new experience center at HQ

Premium kitchen water place specialist, BLANCO, has redeveloped its kitchen showroom into a brand experience centre at its UK headquarters in St Albans following a major refurbishment.

The new look brand experience centre is designed to bring BLANCO products to life and showcase its solutions for the kitchen water place through the BLANCO UNIT. It will also provide a space that will support trade customers with training, demonstration facilities and consultative services.

BLANCO currently works with a network of over 3,000 kitchen showrooms, furniture retailers and merchants across the UK, all of which will also have access to the new facilities in the new, large purpose-built centre.

Consumers will also be able to visit, with bookings made available online where they can secure a free consultative service to help them understand more about the products and devise their BLANCO UNIT for the kitchen water place.

The new 2,900 ft² brand experience centre will feature 28 full kitchen displays to highlight the BLANCO UNIT and showcase a variety of drink systems, new colourways, SILGRANIT® and stainless steel sinks and the myriad of waste or storage possibilities available for customers.

Speaking of the new brand experience centre, Neal Jones, UK managing director at BLANCO commented: “We’re excited to have developed our old showroom into a new brand experience centre which will provide customers with a physical experience to inspire their kitchen designs. The opening of the brand experience centre is a shift for the business and marks another step in BLANCO becoming more consumer-centric within the UK and increases the opportunities for us to interact with consumers directly.

As well as benefiting the end consumer, the improved facility in St Albans will allow us to support our partners with a heightened training experience on BLANCO and the premium messaging behind the products. It will enable them to see first-hand how in-store displays and POS materials should look and how the brand should be discussed, in turn setting them up as experts for selling BLANCO within their own showrooms.”
