BLANCO launches e-learning platform

Premium kitchen water place specialist BLANCO has launched an e-learning platform for stockists and retailer partners across the UK. The programme mirrors the in-person training available at its Experience Centre in St Albans and has been created to help broaden the knowledge of the brand’s extensive product range. The new platform will deliver engaging micro-lessons, powered by the mobile and desktop app, EdApp and each e-learning module has been designed to educate users on how BLANCO products bring ease to the kitchen water place.

The new platform brings together a wealth of knowledge and industry tips to give sales teams the confidence and knowledge to guide their clients to the perfect kitchen sink set up. Across seven modules the content will delve into the benefits of key products such as SILGRANIT® sinks, drink.systems, food waste disposers and BLANCO’s range of mixer taps as well as the BLANCO UNIT,. . The learning platform will continually be updated, sharing the latest insights on new BLANCO products, so there will always be reasons to keep engaging.

Commenting on the launch, Tamsin Mills, brand communication manager said: “We’re all doing business slightly more remotely these days, and while for us it’s still important to have face time with our trade customers, we’re also conscious to offer time-saving digital options. As part of this, we’re excited to launch our new e-learning platform, with the goal of offering yet another way for our partners to broaden their knowledge of the BLANCO brand and product range, and keep up to date with the latest product updates. The platforms’ seven bite-size training modules have been designed to support customers and assist in generating sales through a deeper knowledge of the BLANCO brand and its USPs.”

As part of the BLANCO e-learning launch, the brand is offering showrooms an additional 15% discount off all BLANCO product displays when one of the team completes all seven available modules*.

BLANCO will also continue to offer in-person training sessions at its Experience Centre in St. Albans, with these new online modules designed to increase accessibility and streamline information for partners.
