By submitting, supplying or using the Kitchens Review website to promote or publicise your products, services, projects or other materials, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Where you submit or supply editorial material, press releases, photographs, product images, project photography, videos or other content to Kitchens Review, you agree to the provisions below.

Kitchens Review regularly receives editorial material, press releases, photographs, product images, project photography, videos and other content from manufacturers, brands, public relations agencies, distributors, designers, architects and other third parties (“Suppliers”).

By submitting or supplying any material to Kitchens Review for editorial consideration or publication, the Supplier confirms that:

1. Rights and permissions – it has obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions from the copyright owner and any other relevant rights holders to supply the material to Kitchens Review and authorise its reproduction and publication;
2. Editorial use – Kitchens Review is authorised to reproduce, publish and make the supplied material available for editorial purposes, including on the Kitchens Review website, newsletters, digital publications and associated social media channels;
3. Third-party rights – the use of the material by Kitchens Review for these purposes will not infringe any third-party copyright, intellectual property, privacy, personality or other rights;
4. Photography and creative content – where a third-party photographer, designer, architect, agency or other rights holder has an interest in the material, the Supplier has obtained the necessary permissions for the uses described above; and
5. Restrictions – the Supplier will notify Kitchens Review promptly of any restriction, limitation, expiry or change affecting the rights or permissions granted in relation to the supplied material.

The Supplier accepts responsibility for ensuring that all material supplied to Kitchens Review is appropriately cleared for the intended editorial use.

Where a third party makes a claim against Bathroom Review arising from the Supplier’s failure to obtain the necessary rights or permissions for material supplied by the Supplier, Bathroom Review reserves the right to gain recovery in full from the Supplier for any resulting losses, costs or liabilities.

Kitchens Review reserves the right to remove or cease using any material where it receives a credible complaint concerning copyright or other third-party rights.

The above provisions apply to material supplied directly to Kitchens Review and to material supplied on a Supplier’s behalf by a public relations agency, marketing agency or other representative.
