2020 Fusion Inspiration Awards

Fusion Inspiration Awards – winners announced

Fusion Inspiration Awards: Designers across the UK have submitted their most inspiring designs, created using 2020 Fusion, in four categories – Kitchens, Bathrooms, 2020 Cloud Decorative Items and 360° Panoramas. 2020 Fusion experts chose the final winner in each of the four categories.

There was also a ‘Voters’ Choice’ award, with the top five entries receiving the highest peer votes becoming finalists. The final winner was determined by the 2020 panel of judges. The panel also picked an ‘Experts’ Choice’ winner.

Steve Budd from Kitchens by George Rose Ltd based in Ongar, Essex, was awarded the top prize in the Kitchen category. Steve created a kitchen with a fantastic sense of realism according to the judges.

The Bathroom category was won by Tara Sims from Total Plumbing Supplies. The judges were impressed by the sanctuary she had created, full of perfect little details that made the room stand out.

Simon Allan, a freelance kitchen designer who said 2020 Fusion has helped him create his online design business from scratch, came top of the Decorative Cloud category. The judges felt each 2020 Cloud decorative item that Simon added to his design was perfectly placed, creating a homey and inviting kitchen.

And in the 360° Panorama category, the winner of last year’s 2020 Cloud Decorative Item award, Oscar Morrell from Raycross Interiors beat off stiff competition. According to the experts, the placement of the panorama viewpoints was well-judged for a long room, allowing customers to easily explore the entire space.

The Experts’ Choice winner was Katie Francis from The Kitchen and Bathroom Store. Katie’s design was a perfect example of a small kitchen and she impressed the judges by creating a functional space bursting with personality.

The Voters’ Choice was Idil Sindir from Designer Kitchen Direct. Judges described her design as both stunning and incredible!
