Leading luxury wood surface specialist Havwoods has unveiled its latest WoodBook, presenting a curated guide to new product developments, material options and specification possibilities for interior and architectural projects.

Created for consumers, renovators, architects, interior designers and developers, the WoodBook includes Havwoods’ portfolio of wood surfaces, technical information, project inspiration and new product introductions. The latest edition incorporates key updates across flooring, veneer and fire-rated surface solutions.

Japanese Mizunara Oak – introduced to the Venture Plank range and best known for its use in Japanese whisky casks where only the finest sections of timber are selected.

Hokuto, the new Mizunara Oak, is offered in both plank and herringbone formats, it features a refined appearance delivering a sophisticated timber option to interiors.

Originally used in the 19th century to pave busy streets across Europe and Asia, End Grain timber was valued for its ability to withstand relentless, heavy traffic. Unlike traditional wood flooring, which typically uses the side grain of the tree, End Grain is cut across the growth rings to reveal the timber’s natural structure, pattern and character. This creates a distinctive surface that celebrates the raw beauty of the material while bringing a crafted, architectural quality to the floor.

Havwoods has also introduced End Grain Originals, a larger-format surface now available in four stunning on-trend colours: Brioche, Ciabatta, Focaccia and Pumpernickel. Alongside this, End Grain London Town introduces an elegant medium-format option, with four tones inspired by and named after the timber-cobbled streets of old London: Chancery, Fleet, Oxford and Strand.
