Italian bathroom brand INDA to unveil a real-time 3D configuration tool at Salone del Mobile 2026, allowing showroom consultants to design, visualise and price bespoke bathrooms alongside customers in a single visit.
Developed in collaboration with software company Cyncly, the platform is powered by 3CAD Next, a visual Configure, Price, Quote (vCPQ) system that translates complex product specifications into photorealistic, interactive environments.
Real-time bathroom design at Salone del Mobile 2026
Presented during Salone del Mobile as part of Milan Design Week 2026, the configurator is being demonstrated within INDA’s exhibition space, where visitors can test the system in a dedicated digital experience area.
The launch positions INDA among the first European bathroom manufacturers to implement real-time 3D configuration at scale, reflecting a wider shift towards immersive retail environments across the interiors sector.
Immersive configurator streamlines showroom experience
The cloud-based tool enables retail partners to build fully customised bathroom schemes in real time, adjusting layouts, finishes and dimensions while generating instant, accurate pricing.
Users can explore INDA’s collections through high-resolution 3D visuals, allowing clients to see compositions in context before committing to a purchase. The system also integrates directly with manufacturing workflows, reducing manual input and minimising specification errors.
According to INDA, the technology is designed to collapse traditionally fragmented sales journeys into a single, streamlined interaction.
“For INDA, the customer experience does not begin when someone walks into a showroom. It begins the moment they start imagining their new bathroom,” said Claudio Martinolli, marketing director at INDA. “With 3CAD Next, we can give retailers the confidence to configure and select the project their customers care about, with a high degree of customisation.”
Reducing friction in the bathroom sales cycle
Bathroom retail has historically relied on multi-stage purchasing processes, often requiring repeat showroom visits, physical samples and manual quotations.
By contrast, the 3CAD Next platform enables consultants to move from concept to confirmed order in one sitting, combining visualisation, configuration and pricing into a single interface.
For manufacturers and retailers, expected benefits include shorter sales cycles, improved conversion rates and fewer errors in order processing.
Andrea Gnoato, general manager of kitchen, bathroom and furniture manufacturing solutions at Cyncly, described the collaboration as a benchmark for digital transformation in the sector.
“INDA exemplifies what is achievable when a manufacturer with deep product expertise and a commitment to design excellence partners with the right technology,” he said. “Together, we are bringing a new standard of digital experience to the European bathroom market.”
Digital tools reshape bathroom retail
As digital tools become increasingly embedded in physical retail environments, platforms such as 3CAD Next are redefining how consumers engage with configurable products.
By bridging the gap between inspiration and purchase, INDA’s new configurator reflects a broader industry move towards integrated, experience-led showroom models — where design, decision-making and transaction converge in real time.
Live demonstrations of the configurator are taking place at Hall 6, Stand A34–A36 during Salone del Mobile 2026.
