Food waste disposer leaders, InSinkErator UK, are wrapping up a year of progress with a festive sign-off aimed at both retailers and customers.
As part of the ‘It’s This Easy’ campaign, the brand has designed and produced Christmas cards and bespoke air freshener gifts which are being sent to retailers throughout the month of December.
Coinciding social media activity across the brand’s channels will also see festive messages and Christmas air fresheners given away to consumers in content which sits alongside its continuous influencer programme and posts showcasing the capabilities of food waste disposers and instant hot water taps.
Ashley Munden, MD, EMEA at InSinkErator, said: “2025 has been a successful year with several milestones for the business. We always enjoy this time of year as it gives us the chance to plan our 2026 initiatives, which we’re excited to bring to market, plus get creative and use festive mailers and social media activity to put a Christmas spin on InSinkErator.
“Christmas is a time of year when people tend to waste more food and through our activity, we want to raise awareness about buying sensibly, encourage thinking about how to use leftovers, and ensure that inedible food waste is disposed of responsibly.”
As for InSinkErator’s business performance in 2025, Ashley commented: “We expect to close the year with a sales performance above that of 2024, which is encouraging in a challenging market, and we will continue to invest in category growth next year, expanding our business into 2026 and beyond.
“Throughout 2025 the team has worked hard, and it’s heartening to come to the close of the year and reflect on the work that has been done alongside colleagues. Looking ahead, we’re excited for a bright and busy 2026, with eyes on the KBB show and further educating on all InSinkErator has to offer.”
Ashley continued: “We’re enjoying our new home, which gives us the opportunity to expand our business as and when we need, and the office move has given us all a breath of fresh air. A big thank you goes to our customers and partners for this year, and we look forward to working with them in 2026.”
Indeed, 2025 was a year of new introductions for InSinkErator, with several key highlights standing out.
2025 at a glance
Launch of new tap finishes: In February, InSinkErator launched its award-winning 4N1 Touch tap, plus 3N1 tap, in two brand-new, on-trend finishes: Brushed Copper and Brushed Gold. The move provided retailers with the opportunity to showcase both products to customers in the new finishes, which boast a classic texture and pair beautifully with both contemporary and traditional interiors.
Flagship 1000 SR food waste disposer entered the market: As part of its Next Generation product collection, in March InSinkErator introduced its most powerful model of any range to date, the flagship Evolution Plus 1000 SR food waste disposer. Equipped with a brand new, more powerful 1HP motor, new four stage grind, whilst reducing the diameter of the overall unit from 23.4cm to a compact 20.9cm, the product can be specified by kitchen designers in smaller spaces and offers a unique four-stage grind, for the best efficiency yet.
Introduction of coloured accessories collection: July saw the brand add a new range of coloured accessories to its offering, including nine sink flanges and 12 stoppers in a choice of sophisticated finishes, alongside three existing air switches. New styles included Brushed Bronze, Matt Black, Mocha Bronze and Polished Nickel, amongst a host of others, enabling customers to add a luxurious finishing touch to their kitchen.
InSinkErator office move: As summer drew to a close, September was a time for new beginnings and the business moved into new, modern offices situated in Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford. The new office location marked a step to futureproof the business, with the company now located in a fully furbished, state-of-the-art facility, which allows it to be scalable, enabling growth as and when it requires.
2026 Simpler Recycling regulation campaign: Finally, amid upcoming changes to recycling with the Government’s Simpler Recycling regulations in 2026, InSinkErator launched a new campaign to highlight the important role its products will play in contributing to updated, efficient food waste management. Through printed collateral sent to showrooms, insightful social media activity, and plans to deliver further messaging at KBB 2026, the brand began its emphasis on educating on the future of food waste management.
