One week on and Abode reflects on Kbb Birmingham 2026

Award-winning kitchen and bathroom brand Abode returned to KBB Birmingham 2026 with a fully curated stand showcasing its new boiling water tap collection, innovative product designs, and coordinated design finishes across four trend-led kitchen spaces.

Four trend-led kitchen spaces

Abode’s Stand P80 was packed with UK customers eager to explore the brand’s latest innovations. The stand highlighted four style-focused areas – Traditional, Scandi/Japandi, Contemporary, and Personalised – designed to demonstrate how seamless product pairings can be achieved across the same brand, regardless of kitchen size or style.

All products were curated by Abode with the aim of illustrating practical design solutions, supported by product demonstrations, exclusive display opportunities, and information about the Accumulate rewards programme.

Showcasing Abode’s next-generation boiling water taps

Leanne Stansfield, digital & marketing director at Abode, said: “The stand was designed around four influential style trends with different product pairings, helping to showcase how full design solutions can be crafted with Abode to serve real needs in the kitchen and bathroom. Visitors also experienced the complete relaunch of our boiling water tap collection, featuring the next-generation PB3X boiler and five new tap designs: Persona, Arkitect, Oxbury, Organico, and Scandi-X.”

Stansfield added that early feedback identified the new Persona Boiling Water Tap as setting the standard for customisable tap design, thanks to its wide range of finishes and interchangeable handle packs. The compact PB3X boiler was also praised, enabling installation alongside a traditional Belfast sink while still accommodating a standard 60mm base unit with storage space to spare.

Traditional kitchen space

The Traditional display featured the new Oxbury boiling water tap in Antique Brass, paired with Oxbury mixer taps in Dark Bronze and Polished Nickel finishes. The taps were complemented by Classically ceramic sinks, including Abode’s signature Belfast Sink and Sandon models, allowing customers to explore how traditional British design blends with modern functionality.

Personalised kitchen space

The Personalised area highlighted the Persona boiling water tap and Ornate mixer tap ranges, featuring fluted dual-lever handles. Products were paired with Abode’s reversible Optima Belfast sink in Taupe Grey, offering a fluted surface on one side and a smooth finish on the other. Matching wastes, overflows, and accessories demonstrated how vertical grooves and complementary finishes can unify the kitchen design.

Contemporary kitchen space

In the Contemporary space, Abode unveiled the Arkitect boiling & filtered water tap with sculptural form and a two-stage safety handle for secure boiling water control. Displayed in the new Gunmetal finish with a KOTO PVD Black sink, the design was complemented by the LINARO granite sink collection in Pure Black, Matt White, and Grey. The area also previewed the Arkitect Flex Pro Spray in Matt Black, a professional-style pull-around tap with boiling and filtered water functionality.

Scandi/Japandi kitchen space

The Scandi/Japandi area combined Nordic warmth with Japanese minimalism, introducing the Organico boiling water tap with real Beechwood handles and optional filtered cold water. The award-winning Scandi-X tap was also featured, showcasing solid metal levers and advanced boiler technology, alongside the Synchronist sink collection and accessories.

Bathroom roomset

Abode’s dedicated bathroom space highlighted the FOCUS 60 collection, including the CAVA and IOX basins, brassware in Gunmetal, UNO showering solutions, mirrors, and accessories. The area, supported by distribution partner PJH, also featured a colourful vanity unit and freestanding bath with Fibo UK panels.
