Covering over 600 square metres and on two levels, the multinational ceramic company’s new store is aimed at Milan’s architecture and design professionals.

The new store is part of PORCELANOSA’s global expansion and serves to consolidate its position in the Italian market. Milan (where the company has been operating since 1982) is a reference point for the European interior design and architecture sector. Having arrived in Corsico more than 20 years ago, PORCELANOSA has now made a leap into the city centre with this new flagship store.

Coinciding with the Salone del Mobile Milano 2021, PORCELANOSA will open its doors on the 4 September. Located just a few metres from Piazza Cadorna, the showroom is in a prime location connected to the city’s main points of interest by metro, train, tram and bus, while it is just 40 minutes from Milan-Malpensa airport.

On its two floors,visitors will be able to see the latest trends in flooring, ceramic tiles, natural materials, kitchens, bathrooms and solutions for building projects. A completely customised shopping experience with the assistance of technical experts and including an area specially designed for professionals.

Series of talks – Hembert Peñaranda, Adolfo Suárez and Leonardo Cavalli

PORCELANOSA has also organised “Quattro chiacchiere incortile”, a series of lectures by Hembert Peñaranda, Adolfo Suárez and Leonardo Cavalli, which will take a look at the influence of the Mediterranean style on current architecture and design.  These talks will take place on 6, 7 and 9 September and prior registration is necessary for those wishing to attend. Unfortunately, due to the limitations on capacity imposed by the current situation and the popularity of the event, all available places have already been allocated.As part of the Fuorisalone programme and within the Brera Design District, the company has created a space with a marked Mediterranean flavour in its facilities.
