Screwfix signs sponsorship deal for The Clive Holland Show

Screwfix, a UK trade retailer, will be sponsoring The Clive Holland Show on Fix Radio from September, bringing the latest news and updates to tradespeople across the Nation.

“It’s great to have investment from a national brand, that’s dedicated to supporting the trade and aligns with our station’s approach of championing everything that is great about the building trade,” said Fix Radio Founder and CEO, Louis Timpany. “It’s testament to all the hard work put in to growing the station brand and The Clive Holland Show,” he added.

The flagship show, which runs 12-2pm, Monday to Thursday on the Builders Station brings together talking heads to discuss the biggest issues facing sole traders and small builders. In the last 12 months interaction around The Clive Holland Show has grown 65% as it has evolved into a shared industry platform where key industry issues are discussed. In any given week, The Clive Holland Show will see government ministers and CEOs, alongside tradespeople and builders’ debate everything from the skills crisis to material prices, government subsidies, and mental health.

Sammy Ough, Head of Marketing Communications at Screwfix, comments: “Screwfix is committed to supporting busy tradespeople across the UK and Ireland. We champion trade professionals and apprentices through our annual competitions, Screwfix Top Tradesperson and Screwfix Trade Apprentice and we are delighted to sponsor this hugely popular show that shares the same values. All whilst, bringing good tunes, the latest industry news and trends.”
