Kitchen products brand Waterline has named Lee Mairs as its new contract channel head.

Lee has worked in the KBB industry for nearly 25 years and brings vast experience of distribution and the housebuilding sector to his new role. Since 2001, he has held various positions at HDL and was appointed Managing Director of the business in 2014.

As Waterline’s new contract channel head, Lee will be responsible for leading the development of the supply and installation service of Crown Imperial kitchen and bedroom furniture, appliances, sinks, taps and bathroom products from Waterline’s comprehensive, market-leading portfolio to housebuilders.

Lee said: “I have long been an admirer of Waterline and Crown Imperial so the decision to make the move and step into this position was an easy one. There is a really strong, experienced team across all departments here at Waterline and the potential to expand in the housebuilding market is huge.
