Bertazzoni has introduced a new 90cm induction hob with integrated extraction and signature knob controls, expanding its Professional Series with a design-led, user-focused appliance.

Set to debut at Milan Design Week (20–24 April 2026), the P904IHK2M30NT model combines high-performance induction cooking with a return to tactile interaction — reintroducing physical controls in a category typically dominated by touch interfaces.

A shift back to tactile control in kitchen design

Responding to growing demand for more intuitive, hands-on products, Bertazzoni integrates its hallmark knobs into the induction hob format. The result is a more precise and immediate cooking experience, while maintaining visual consistency across the Professional Series.

Finished in carbonio with a glossy black glass surface, the hob features titanium-finished knobs, a central extraction grille and subtle white LED indicators, balancing professional-grade performance with refined detailing.

Performance and flexibility for modern kitchens

Designed and manufactured in Italy, the induction hob delivers both power and adaptability for a wide range of kitchen environments.

Key features include four 3kW Octa cooking zones and two Multizone configurations, allowing users to accommodate different pan sizes and cooking styles. The integrated extraction system reaches airflow levels of up to 610 m³/h, ensuring efficient and quiet ventilation.

A Power Limitation function also enables the appliance to adapt to varying electrical capacities — an important consideration for both residential projects and multi-unit developments.

Installation options to suit every layout

The model offers multiple installation configurations, supporting flexibility in kitchen design:

Duct-out extraction for external ventilation
Back-outlet system directing air behind cabinetry for a cleaner install
Plinth-out configuration releasing filtered air back into the room

Both recirculating options use a long-life ceramic filter, regenerable in the oven and designed to last between three and five years, supporting sustainability and ease of maintenance.
