Bertazzoni has further reinforced its innovation capabilities with the launch of 130 range cookers with air fry functionality. Available in Bertazzoni’s Professional and Heritage Series models, the programme is included in all widths (60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 120cm), across single, double and triple gas and induction ovens.

Combining a high-temperature grill with forced ventilation, the air fry programme generates a continuous flow of hot air around the food. It ensures fast and even cooking via a dedicated tray (supplied), resulting in food that is crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside.

Reducing the use of oil, it is a healthier way of cooking and delivers excellent results in terms of browning and crispiness.

Available in a total of nine colourways across the Professional and Heritage Series, the air fry function will eliminate the need for counter-top air fryers.

The Italian company renowned for the production of kitchen appliances since 1882 is believed to be one of the first brands to launch air frying range cookers. Highlights of the extensive launch are Bertazzoni’s first-ever 60cm Heritage Series range cookers. Offered in stainless steel, ivory and black, colourways, the appliances are available in highly durable texture and enamel finishes and with gas or induction cooktops.

With classic appeal of time-honoured style, the Heritage Series is inspired by the original wood burning stoves created by Bertazzoni in the 1880’s. With analogue temperature gauge, chrome knobs and handles, the products feature cast iron pan supports, soft-close triple-glazed doors, thick gauge racks and automatic ignition.
