With over 20 years’ experience in senior roles in successful businesses, including B&Q, Wickes, Halfords and most recently, chief operating officer at Victoria Plum, the UK’s market-leading e-commerce bathroom specialist, Jim brings a wealth of experience in the strategic direction of businesses.
