AGA Rangemaster has strengthened its UK trade sales team with the appointment of four industry professionals as it continues to invest in customer support across its Rangemaster appliances, sinks and taps, and Leisure sinks businesses.
The appointments bring more than 50 years of combined experience across the kitchen, bathroom and construction sectors, spanning national accounts, specification, regional sales and housebuilder relationships.
Joining as business development manager, Esther Bowness (pictured top) will work with national accounts. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in the kitchen sector, having held roles with Haribo, Jacuzzi and, most recently, Abode.
Commenting on her appointment, Bowness said: “I’m delighted to be adding AGA Rangemaster to the list of brands I’ve worked with. It’s an exciting time to be joining the business and I’m looking forward to contributing to the next chapter of its success.”
George Barden (pictured below) has been appointed regional sales manager for East Anglia and London. He joins the business with more than 10 years’ experie
nce across the KBB and construction industries, having previously worked for Hilti, Armitage Shanks and Ideal Standard. His background includes specification and project sales, account management and customer development.
Adam Morris takes on the role of regional sales manager for the West Midlands and South West. He has more than a decade of construction sales experience, including positions at Moores Furniture Group and Kaboodle, and brings extensive knowledge of the housebuilder sector.
Ellie Phoenix-Lee (pictured below) has been appointed regional sales manager for the North of England. With 14 years in the KBB industry, she has worked for Grohe, Electrolux and Miro Hoods, building experience across both trade and retail channels, as well as developing relationships with housebuilders, kitchen furniture manufacturers and national accounts.

The appointments form part of AGA Rangemaster’s ongoing investment in its trade division, with the company continuing to expand regional support and dedicated account management for customers across the UK KBB market.
