Diss Ironworks, one of East Anglia’s most respected kitchen appliance showrooms, has reopened after a major transformation by owners Hannah and Matt Hyde.
The relaunch establishes the showroom as a flagship AGA Rangemaster destination, uniting some of the world’s most prestigious kitchen brands within a newly redesigned, 5,500 sq ft space.
Following a £500,000 investment, the showroom now showcases the entire AGA Rangemaster portfolio – from cast-iron heat-storage cookers to the sleek AGA ERA and award-winning Novy technology. The collection includes eR3, eR7, R3 and R7 models, the compact AGA 60 and the vibrant new Raspberry colourway.
A dedicated La Cornue zone features the Grand Palais 180, CornuFé 110, two Albertine cookers and a Flamberge rotisserie, highlighting the elegance of French design. The showroom also houses the UK’s first live Novy Undercover Induction Hob, seamlessly set into a 20mm Dekton worktop.
An outdoor kitchen display with commercial-grade extraction allows live demonstrations of the AGA Outdoor Grill year-round. A new design studio supports collaboration with homeowners, designers and architects.
“This is about future-proofing the showroom and giving our customers something truly exceptional,” said Hannah Hyde. “We’re proud to remain rooted in our history while evolving to reflect the very best of modern kitchen living.
“The partnership with AGA Rangemaster marks a first-of-its-kind collaboration and together we’ve created something that is more than just a showroom. It’s an immersive, design-led space created to spark imagination and celebrate innovation.”
“Diss Ironworks is a model for what an AGA Rangemaster luxury destination can be,” said Jenny Nalborczyk, Marketing Manager, AGA Rangemaster.
Throughout the year Diss Ironworks will host a rolling calendar of brand-led events where guests can see the appliances in action, as talented chefs whip up delicious dishes while showcasing every feature. The showroom also boasts its own bar, offering a line-up of healthy juices, specialty coffees, artisan teas and a few indulgent surprises.
The relaunch was marked by a packed launch event with more than 70 attendees, including interiors press, kitchen designers and brand partners. Guests enjoyed live demonstrations, refreshments and an exclusive first look at the new showroom environment.
