ILIV expands Saddle vinyl range with 15 new colours

ILIV has introduced 15 trend-led colours to its popular Saddle upholstery vinyl collection, bringing the total to an impressive 40 options. The expanded palette includes fresh neutrals, warm naturals, and versatile greens and blue-greens – ideal for today’s design-forward commercial and care environments.

Designed for performance and style, Saddle offers a luxurious worn leather look with a soft, flexible handle. It is perfectly suited for high-traffic areas and challenging upholstery projects, from bar stools and dining chairs to casual seating, headboards, and banquettes.

Engineered with practical spaces in mind, Saddle vinyl boasts a Martindale abrasion resistance of over 350,000 rubs. It also features built-in stain resistance, waterproof protection and antibacterial properties. These details ensure longevity and cleanliness in even the most demanding settings.

Many of ILIV’s upholstery fabrics, including Saddle, feature its industry-leading Protect+ technology. This specialist finish combines antibacterial protection with stain and water resistance, making it an ideal choice for hospitality, healthcare and contract applications.

Additionally, all ILIV contract fabrics undergo rigorous flame retardancy testing. For upholstery, this includes compliance with BS 7176 (Crib 5). For drapery, fabrics meet BS 5867 Part 2, Types B and C.

Further safeguarding public environments, iliv offers an anti-bacterial range with the fast-acting Feelsafe coating—capable of eliminating 99.8% of bacteria, including strains such as COVID-19, CDIF and MRSH. The result is a cleaner, safer finish, designed to minimise cross-contamination.

ILIV’s contract upholstery fabrics also feature waterproof treatments that create a protective barrier between the fabric and the inner foam. This stops liquid ingress and extends the life of the furniture, supporting hygiene and durability across the board.
