Leader of porcelain surfaces, Laminam, has announced the UK launch of four new colours in its flagship I Naturali collection: Calacatta Viola, Taj Mahal, Marmorea Bruna, and Calacatta Brecciato.
Originally planned as a two-phase release, Laminam has brought the launch forward to June 2025 to meet strong early demand and capitalise on stock availability. Each surface captures the nuanced beauty of natural stone while delivering the low-maintenance performance and sustainability credentials for which Laminam is known.
Pictured top – Calacatta Viola is a bold, expressive surface defined by an ivory base and rich veining in amaranth, purple and bronze. Ideal for statement installations, especially when book-matched, Calacatta Viola is the choice for designers and homeowners looking to make a dramatic impression. Taj Mahal
Available in 12mm (Polished, DNA, Naturale Matt) and 12mm and 20mm (Naturale Matt)
A soft, elegant surface with creamy undertones and flowing light brown and white veining. Available in Laminam’s tactile new DNA finish, Taj Mahal brings a calming, organic quality to kitchens and bathrooms alike – understated, timeless, and beautifully textural.
About the DNA Finish – Launching this summer, Laminam’s new DNA finish represents a breakthrough in porcelain surface technology. Designed to authentically replicate the complexity of natural stone, DNA introduces a new level of realism by integrating tactile dimension into the surface itself. Rather than relying solely on visual patterning, this innovative texture varies across each slab – with subtle highs and lows that follow the natural flow of veining. Where a stone would feel raised, it does; where erosion would leave a dip or a rough patch, it’s recreated with remarkable precision. The result is a porcelain surface that feels as natural as it looks – a closer match to real stone than ever before.
