New kitchen architectures with Brooklyn

Brooklyn by Falmec brings a new design language to kitchen extraction — one that blends high performance with architectural form. Designed by Francesco Lucchese, this modular extraction system turns the hood into a sculptural centrepiece for the modern kitchen island.

At its core is a 90cm hood body with an opening panel, which can be configured with 45, 60 or 90cm side modules or a 60cm tap module. Each module can be positioned left or right, giving designers complete freedom to tailor the layout and function of the island.

Finished in black satin aluminium and smoked glass, Brooklyn offers refined detailing and practical accessories, including a glass holder and roll holder, both in black for a cohesive look. Integrated dynamic, dimmable LED lighting allows precise control of both colour temperature and brightness — ideal for balancing mood and task lighting across the workspace.

Performance is equally considered. The A+++ rated 800 m³/h brushless motor delivers powerful yet quiet extraction and can be installed in either the front or rear position to optimise cabinet space. A grease and odour filter basket with liquid collection tray and intuitive touch control panel with three speeds plus boost enhance ease of use.

Through Falmec’s Dialogue System, Brooklyn connects seamlessly with compatible hobs for remote operation. Inside, Carbon.Zeo Microtech regenerable filters combine carbon and zeolite technology to absorb odours and reduce residual moisture, keeping the kitchen environment fresh and comfortable.

Brooklyn is more than a hood — it’s a modular design tool for creating open, functional, and visually balanced island spaces.
