SieMatic has strengthened its management team by appointing Xiaoming Bai as CMO. The expansion of the management team is part of an international growth strategy for the kitchen furniture brand.
In recent years SieMatic has invested in Factory22 and SAP implementation at its Löhne site. Future-oriented developments include new additions to its portfolio and international sales activities targeted at the luxury segment.
Xiaoming Bai (40) joins the marketing team with responsibility for global sales, branding and marketing and will play a supportive role to its two Managing Directors: Michael Kersting and Axel Maek. Together with the SieMatic management team and international and domestic employees, the senior team are tasked with actively shaping the present and future of SieMatic.
The international company is investing in management and staff capacities and has announced further recruitment plans for the 4th quarter.
