Waterline in advanced talks with potential backer, confirms ongoing Crown Imperial supply

Waterline has revealed it is in the final stages of exclusive discussions with an external party interested in making a financial investment in the business.

The company emphasised that, throughout this process, it remains committed to delivering the same trusted service its customers have relied on for over four decades.

In addition, Waterline confirmed it continues to take and supply orders for Crown Imperial products, highlighting that both companies remain fully operational and focused on maintaining product availability and consistency, despite recent confusion in the market.

Together, Waterline and Crown Imperial expressed their gratitude to customers and retail partners for their patience and continued loyalty, noting that this support strengthens their shared mission to back British businesses and the wider KBB sector.
