Waterline supplies kitchens for luxury London apartment complex

Waterline, a leading kitchen brand, has expanded its partnership with housebuilder Executive Developments Ltd. The company will supply kitchens for a new luxury project called Fortress House.

Located near the Tower of London and St. Katharine Docks, Fortress House offers 17 luxury apartments. The development comes from Estreetbrand Ltd, which is part of the Executive Developments group.

The apartments include a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Each one features a modern kitchen designed and supplied by Waterline.

The kitchens use handleless cabinetry from Crown Imperial, available in Uno Dust, Alpine, and Taupe. Black handle rails add contrast and a sleek finish. For appliances, Bosch provided the cooking equipment, while Hotpoint supplied the cooling appliances. Waterline’s Essentials sinks and taps complete the setup. Additionally, Sensio Razor LED lighting provides stylish illumination.

As a result, the project showcases how Waterline and Executive Developments continue to raise the bar for luxury interiors.

Alex Kamenou, director of Estreetbrand Ltd, said: We have been working with Waterline for the last 15 years and always feel that we are valued customers. From start to finish, the quality of service and product is always maintained, alongside communication and price competitiveness.

“With Fortress House, Waterline has once again made the process of designing, ordering and delivering large orders look very easy. Waterline’s attention to detail in ensuring measurements and high-quality designs work efficiently is second to none, as well as their care and courtesy throughout the process.
