Noël & Marquet appoints sales manager for London and the South East

Noël & Marquet has strengthened its commitment to the specification sector with the appointment of Andrew Yiacoumi as sales manager for London and the South East.

Joining the business in May, Yiacoumi made his industry debut with the architectural mouldings and 3D wall panels specialist at Clerkenwell Design Week, where Noël & Marquet exhibited within the Ahrend showroom in partnership with The Wood Veneer Hub.

Yiacoumi brings extensive experience in design-led interior surfaces and finishes. Prior to joining Noël & Marquet, he spent several years at Porcelanosa, developing expertise across the group’s portfolio of interior brands before moving into the high-pressure laminate sector. There, he focused on building specification channels with architects, interior designers and major retail brands.

His experience aligns closely with Noël & Marquet’s portfolio of decorative mouldings, lighting profiles and 3D wall panels, all of which are increasingly being specified across residential, hospitality and commercial interior projects.

In his new role, Yiacoumi will focus on growing Noël & Marquet’s presence across London and the South East, while supporting the brand’s longer-term expansion into key specification hubs throughout the UK. He will work closely with architects and interior designers to promote the full product range, with a particular emphasis on contemporary, texture-led interiors.

The appointment comes amid growing demand for 3D wall panelling, as designers seek materials that combine visual impact with practical performance. Offering sculptural forms and contemporary aesthetics, Noël & Marquet’s 3D wall panels add depth, rhythm and architectural character to a wide range of interior schemes.

Alongside their design credentials, the panels also offer practical benefits, including water resistance, enabling them to be specified in bathrooms, kitchens and even ceiling applications where traditional decorative wall panelling may not be suitable.

Commenting on his appointment, Andrew Yiacoumi said: “Compared with the surfaces I have previously worked with, such as laminates and natural wood, Noël & Marquet’s 3D wall panels offer an attractive middle ground. They are design-led and deliver a premium, high-end finish, whilst adding depth, texture and a more architectural feel without the issues of weight or limitations of timber.”

He added: “The range fills the gap between functional surface materials and products that are more expressive, which makes it a strong proposition for architects and interior designers working across a broad range of project types.”
